“ Another review on my 4th visit..... this might just be the best new restaurant I've been to in a long time. The food is outstanding and the place is really pretty. My drink was great. I had a tangerine cinnamon margarita. We had a burrata, lamb chops, rosemary french fries, and a village salad. Robert has truly put together a magnificent combination of food and atmosphere. If you haven't tried Aria, add it to your list quickly. Prior review: We ate too quickly and forgot to take pictures (except the fries) but the food was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was beautiful! Specifically, the italian bean soup and the Caesar salad were awesome, the rosemary fries and the spicy rigatoni were delicious and flavorful, and the old fashioned was tasty. A magnificent addition to the West Bloomfield restaurant lineup! ”

“ We ate here often at the former establishment, and we think Aria did a fantastic job of updating the interior decor. It is so much more welcoming, attractive and comfortable with pleasant music playing at a perfect volume. Our server Nick enhanced our experience as he is so friendly and attentive. The Focaccia with dipping oil is absolutely delicious, as were the custom cocktails they offer. I really enjoyed the Paper Plane drink. The New York Strip steak was cooked perfectly and was large enough that I brought some home for another round the next day, and the potatoes are also very tasty. The sauce on the Pappardelle Bolognese was delicious, but the pasta was a bit underwhelming as it seemed that maybe the noodles were not stirred enough while cooking. There were clumps of pasta that were undercooked as a result, and my wife had to cut through it with a knife. We're giving them a pass on that since they have only been open for a month and may be working through some things. We love the ambiance and will definitely return. ”

“ Fantastic experience at this Italian Mediterranean gem! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Rosie, our waitress, was absolutely amazing , Attentive, warm, and made us feel right at home. Don’t miss the Russian Beluga vodka at the bar—smooth and top-shelf. Highly recommended! ”

“ My girlfriend and I stopped in for happy hour last week and it was phenomenal! The ambience is very nice and the decor is very comfortable, clean and well put together.. it’s a great place for a night out. We were met by the hostess, Anna, who was very pleasant... We sat at the bar and Zack, the bartender, was so personable and friendly, it felt like we’ve known him for years. He told us about all of the items on the Happy hour menu that he liked. We tried the meatballs and shrimp and focaccia bread... Then we followed it up with Smash burgers and fries. The drinks were refreshing and Zach was in top of every detail. This is definitely a place you should try! ”

“ First visit to this new restaurant which was formerly Spositas. Happy to say the restaurant was unrecognizable inside as it needed a complete makeover. We were seated promptly with our reservation. There were four of us dining and we all enjoyed both the food and the exemplary service. We were told the chef had worked at Bacco and a couple of other well known Italian restaurants. We were promptly served with delicious focaccia (still appreciate restaurants that do not charge for bread service). We started with minestrone and the meatball appetizer. Entrees included veal parm, bolognese and cacio e pepe. All of them were very good. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived at 6:00 but pretty crowded by 7:00. Prices are fair by today's standard given the high quality of the food. I am sure they will do well there and highly recommend giving Aria a try. ”

“ Very impressed with everything we ate, our service was top notch with Zachary and Tori guiding us through with delightful recommendations. We will be back! We had the oysters, shrimp app, Caesar and split the tomahawk, the desert was very fresh and my fave was the coffee gelato! We tried the tiramisu as well. Drinks we loved, the espresso martini, old fashioned and the Aria. 12/10 for everything! ”

“ Valentine’s Day - first time - busy night! Restaurant and atmosphere was wonderful. Christine our server was excellent! Quality of food was wonderful and food came out quickly and hot. Good pricing for value on point! Looking forward to returning when can have the full menu. The meatballs are to die for, oysters were very fresh, beet salad excellent. “ My wife and I got carry out from DoorDash at Aria. Honestly, it’s the best meal I’ve had in ages. We had the chicken Parm with rigatoni. It was fantastic. We had the mixed salad with feta unreal the desserts, very fresh and light. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys. Oyeah don’t get me started on that bread just like my grandmas. I ”
